1 cup of oats 1 cup choice of frozen berries (blueberries and/or raspberries) 1 ½ ripe bananas 1/2 cup of sultanas 1/4 cup of almond milk 1 tablespoon of cinnamon 1 tablespoon of honey or agave (optional)
Method:
Preheat the oven to 190C. Place the oats in a bowl and cover them with boiling water, soak for 10 minutes. During this time slice the banana. Once the water has been absorbed and the oats and are soft stir in the banana, berries, sultanas, almond milk, cinnamon and honey. Then place all the ingredients into your chosen baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, until the top has slightly browned.
