Banana and Oat Cookies
Makes 10
Ingredients: 1 cup oats 1 cup almond meal 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 banana, mashed ¼ cup agave ¼ cup coconut oil ½ cup desiccated coconut Method: Preheat oven to 160C. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and roll the mixture into tablespoon size balls and flatten with a fork. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
