Banana Pancakes

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups almond meal 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 banana, mashed 1/4 almond milk 1 tablespoon honey 2 eggs Coconut oil Method: Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl; almond meal, cinnamon, salt and baking powder. In a separate bowl combine the wet ingredients; eggs, honey, milk and banana. Mix the dry and wet until combined. Heat up a pan, once hot add about 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and melt. Pour the batter onto the pan and leave for a couple of minutes or until bubbles begin to form. |
