Berry Smoothie

Serves 1-2 Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk 1 banana 1 cup chosen frozen berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries) 1 tablespoon LSA (Linseeds, Sunflower seeds, Almonds) 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt (optional) ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon stevia Method: Blend all ingredients together until it reaches your desired consistency. Add more liquid if required. |
