Caramel Slice
Makes 28 squares
Ingredients: Base: 2 cups desiccated coconut 12 medjool dates 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Top layer: 1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 tablespoon cacao powder Method: Process all the ingredients for the base together. Press into an 8 by 8 inch tin and refrigerate while the next layer is being made. Using the processor again, place all the ingredients for the top layer in and blend until smooth.
