Chia Pudding
Serves 2-3
Ingredients: 1/4 chia seeds, i prefer to use white chia seeds but it really doesn't make a difference 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk 1 teaspoon stevia Method: Combine all ingredients in a container and place in fridge over night to set. To ensure that the pudding does not form any clumps stir it after five minutes in the fridge and then five minutes after that too. For serving i like to either make a Simple Breakfast Parfait or simply add a few berries or apple compote |
