Chocolate Crackles
Makes 15-20
Ingredients: 2 cupsbrown rice puffs 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 1/2 cup coconut sugar 2-3 tablespoons of organic raw cacao, depending on how rich you like it 150g coconut oil, melted Method: Combine all the dry ingredients; brown rice puffs, desiccated coconut, coconut sugar and cacao powder. Melt the coconut oil and add the wet to the dry ingredients. Layout some muffin tins and place generous tablespoon scoops of the mixture in each tin and press down lightly.
