Dad's Famous Crêpes
Serves 1-2
Ingredients: 1 cup flour of choice (spelt, gluten free or even almond meal; i usually use spelt flour) 1 egg Somewhere between 1 and 1 1/4 cups of milk of choice (Skinny, soy or almond milk) Method: Whisk all ingredients together well. Heat up a large pan to medium heat and spray lightly with coconut oil (or any oil spray). Pour about 1/3 cup of the batter into the middle of the pan and then spread the mixture out into a large shaped crepe but tilting the pan around in a circular motion. Cook on each side before flipping. Serve with honey, coconut sugar, pure maple syrup and/or fruit :) |
