Ingredients: Handful of parsley Handful of mint 3 tablespoons oil 400g chickpeas 1 tablespoon chickpea flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 ½ cups pistachios Method: Preheat oven to 190C. Process all the ingredients together. Roll into teaspoon size balls and bake for 15 minutes.
