Mango & Banana Smoothie

Serves 1 Ingredients: 2/3 cup frozen mango 1 banana 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt (optional) 1 teaspoon white chia seeds 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 2 teaspoon stevia 3/4 cup almond milk Method Blend all ingredients together until it reaches your desired consistency.
