Matzah Meal Pancakes
Serves 1 Ingredients: 2 eggs 2 tsp natvia 1 tsp baking powder 1/3-1/2 cup matzah meal (or until the batter has thickened enough to hold its shape) Method: Whisk all the ingredients together in bowl until well combined. Lightly grease a nonstick frypan. Heat over medium until heated. Pour the batter onto the pan, forming desired sized pancakes. Cook for about 2 minutes until the bottom of the pancake is golden brown. Flip the pancake and continue cooking for another 2 minutes or so, until the pancake is cooked through on both sides. Serve with your choice of toppings - honey, jam or fresh fruit. |
