Shakshuka
Serves 3
Ingredients: 2 fresh tomatoes, diced 1 onion, diced 1 tub of tomato paste Coriander Thyme Less than 1 glass of water Paprika (2 tsp) Onion powder (2 tsp) Salt (1tsp) 6 eggs 1/2 olive oil Methods: Heat up the oil and then caramelised the onion. Add tomatoes until soft. Add tomato paste and water. Add herbs. Cook the eggs until desired. |
